Temple is a station of the Paris Métro, serving Line 3. It opened on 19 October 1904 as part of the first section of the line opened between Père Lachaise and Villiers. Fare Zone: 1.
It is named after The Temple, a long-demolished Templar fortification that once stood in the square named for it.
Trivia:
"Temple" is the only name to be shared by a station of the Paris Métro and a station of the London Underground.
